Kale?



Does anybody have a good recipe for kale?

I'm getting pretty sick of broccoli, brussel sprouts, and lettuce.  Kale is in season but it's always been intimidating to me.  Do you bake, steam, sauté? And with what? Garlic?

  2. I tried Kale last night. Sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and then put vinegar on at the end. Pretty yummy!
