Water - 3 liters per day!
Just got my 12.5 cups of water ready for tomorrow's start. I am going be floating for a couple of days but know from experience that the need to go to the bathroom every hour subsides. I'm going to get ALL my water points! Go Team Tiger!

Go Mom!
What a great idea to start this blog!
For those who don't know me, I live in Collingwood and have two boys at Cougar Ridge- a kindergartener and 2nd grader.
I am so ready to get this game started. I told my kids about it and they want to help me win so much they wanted to play too. But then I told them they would have to give up pasta and oreos. Now they've decided they would rather help by just cheering me on.
I have been talking about getting back in shape and starting to eat right for far too long. I need this game to get me going. And it helps that I don't know most of you that well. I've got pressure to stay the course so your first impressions of me aren't that I'm a slacker!
Here's to a fun time and not floating away on 3 liters of water a day!
