I need a ruling on whether farro is an ok grain to eat as a carb. It's packed with protein but isn't listed in the FYT foods. Does anyone object to me having a fist-sized serving of farro as my carb?
It's fantastic with asparagus and tomatoes mixed in!

I say....Go For IT...I am trying to find non wheat carbs as well. Getting board of Quinoa. And I am really missing my oatmeal in the am.
